This is assuming that each character's past life will always be of the same tribe. I am not certain if you mentioned whether or not each soul that goes through reincarnation will always be of the same tribe. If this was not mentioned then for all we know, Fluttershy's or Twilight's previous lives might have been as earth ponies, pegasi, unicorns, or any of the mentioned races. If past lives could be of any form then it also opens up a wider possibility of names.
