Repeal Qualified Immunity

Fuck it, its been applied too broadly and deserves nothing less than the boot for the massive clusterfuck it has caused. If the Police aren't doing their jobs properly they don't deserve any extra legal immunity to make their jobs easier.

Also.

Self defense and standing your ground to protect yourself and your property is a human right and should be enshrined as such.
Especially given that the Police generally range from worthless to unreliable since they aren't actually required to protect anyone who is in danger. The police don't exist to protect people, they only exist to arrest people. They are the fist of the state, not the shield.
There is no shield. Only a sword and a fist.
Protect and serve is only a slogan.
