Readers who've paid attention to my stuff may have noticed that I've occasionally gone in and tweaked a story here and there in light of revelations in canon. The names of Applejack's parents and Gilded Lily going from Scootaloo's mother to her maternal aunt are two examples of this, though folks might've noticed an omission in there.
Rainbow Dash's parentage.
I have yet to change any details regarding the human version of Rainbow Dash's parents to correspond with Bow Hothoof and Windy Whistles as they appeared in the show, and I'm not going to. And there's a reason for this.
But I'm not tellin'. 
If you want to speculate, feel free. If anyone gets close, I might even send them a note to confirm it...though if I do, expect me to swear you to secrecy.
Hehe. Okay then. And that's fair. If ever I manage to come up with a good speculation, I'll be sure to message you! XD

There is a point to this blog, by the way - to get people wondering about what's going to happen in future stories. It's the same reason why teasers exist for upcoming video games, movies, etc. But even if there wasn't, it's Echo's blog. He can say what he pleases.

Well, regardless, there is a reason that I haven't changed it, and I do plan on revealing why. At this point, it might be sooner than I'd initially planned. And I honestly thought that I was hinting at it. Why is this detail not being changed? Does this potentially mean there's a major difference between the two worlds? If so, why? I wanted to encourage some speculation about why I changed the stuff connected to Applejack and Scootaloo and not Rainbow Dash. Clearly, I went about it the wrong way.
