Assistance in abilities · 6:11am May 3rd, 2020
I have been planning a story (structuring the storyline and considering whether they would impact Equestria or just a basic story of an OC in Equestria), however, I have been having some trouble as I am going to give them abilities but I don't know what drawbacks to give on those abilities. I have some ideas but I would still like suggestions as to the weakness I place on these powers are not restrictive enough. I would also like some suggestions on power #2 and #3 as it is vague and I thought of doing somewhat generic things with them.
power #1:

Weakness: requires the users' stamina to strengthen and the ration would be 3:1 (stamina: strengthen)
Power #2:
https://powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/Dragon_Object (Think of dragon slayer from fairy tail usually the 2nd generation and above. The Dragon chose would be an Asian dragon along with the physiology on their base form and the ability to transform into their dragon form)
Weakness: Danger of falling into the dragon instinct (greed hoarding, murderous thoughts, arrogance, emotional outburst in anger, and etc.)

(I have no clue on what abilities I should give the aspect, Eg. strength, magic, gun, mental abilities and etc) (It will be similar to persona though they will be summoned from a mental call and the size would be around the same size when you first see Arsene in persona 5)
Weakness: It can manifest in times of extreme stress, situation, or emotion, acting on the subconscious of the owner. (It might also attempt to take over depending on what 'demons' are kept deep in the consciousness)

Restrictions (i cannot think of anything for weakness so I just thought to nerf this): Cannot learn any new power (eg. Knowledge of magic and its uses can be given to the user, however, they would still require materials or objects to be able to use magic.)
However, knowledge on certain skills such as hand-to-hand combat once downloaded can be immediately used, abilities are somewhat limited (eg. Abilities such as absolute combat is not possible as although the user has the knowledge to learn combat skills, their physical body might not be able to meet the extreme demands along with the lack of mental abilities that can only be learned from experiences, such clear mind, ability intuition, and many requirements).
Also, I will take out the technique on video game physic, as the power is similar to the one in fairy tail

Weakness: Their are still normal forces acting on the body and it requires a mental awareness ability to be aware of their surroundings and body motion as they move in order to land correctly and not hit something.

Power 1: I'd say a weakness of stamina drain that increases the more often they use it, until they increase their stamina.
Power 2: I keep thinking this as like a she-ra situation. But I guess a chance of losing themselves and being stuck as a feral beast, but only after the first use in a row, like each time you use it without a break the chance increases.
Power 3: I love the intense emotions thing, but I'd say make them lose control of it, like it acts of it's own volition, either attacking those around them, or overly protecting the user.
Power 4: as a restriction I'd say they can only use the interface to search through their own knowledge, not all the knowledge in the world, so if they learn new information, its added tho the databank.
Power 5: the only thing I can think of is increased calorie consumption
