Wow, I truly don’t know what to say. I mean, obviously I have to thank all of you who have followed me and also those who have read and liked Skeletor, Master of The Empire. Honestly, I didn’t actually think I’d be able to get 400 likes so soon after the 300 likes goal. Like, wow, you’re all amazing.
So, to show my gratitude, I’m hosting another Q & A for the story. Ask any questions you have and I’ll answer them to the best of my ability. If a question has a spoiler in it, then I’ll sensor it for people who don’t want to be spoiled. So, ask away!

Will the equestrians be the main antagonists of the story?
There have been a few stories that take place in the Crystal Empire and I liked the beginning, but then the equestrians are introduced and they just go "and then Celestia shows up and attacks for no reason for the rest of the story!" just so there'll be some conflict.

Possibly. For a while, I've thought of introducing a pet that could be a stand-in for Panthor or a dragon that could be share a name with the one that was used as an accessory on a Skeletor action figure.

For now, I have a plan for Grogar to eventually appear, but I don't plan for him to take as direct a role as he did in the show. Don't expect Skeletor to trade blows with their equivalent of the devil, cause Skeletor would absolutely die if that happened.
one last question from me then will there be other major changes to equestria beside the sky, like pony personalities or events

Major changes like certain ponies being different, for example Blueblood will play a more major role in comparison to the show and two of the mane six will be a thestrals and a crystal pony descendent respectively, and then there are more minor changes like Cadence being a pegasus when she babysat Twilight (Because having an Alicorn babysitter is totally ridiculous). Everything else is up in the air currently. I'm undecided for a few events, and might have some of them either happen offscreen away from Skeletor or have them redirected to the Crystal Empire.
Silly question but, will there any displaced cliches in the future? (I.e the token, invaders, romance, items from different universes, etc. ) Or is that kind of stuff will be put in the back burner, since it’s still the first arc or I guess season one of the story?
Because when duckmagee mentioned beast-man, I started to wonder if there will be any stand-ins for anything related to the He-man shows? Like the Mysterio displaced?
I also need some clarification on something because I’m confused, so far aside from the powers and appearance, our protagonist is nothing like skeletor, yet I see some people wanting some skeletor memes to be in the story. Like insulting someone as a blathering boob, and while that would be funny, would that detract from the story? Because so far everything in this story is focused and serious, having someone similar situation to the anime overlord, but in this case skeletor doesn’t have the undead passive, or the gamers mind. So he has to put up a front naturally, he may have power on the outside, but on the inside he’s just a Civilian, and I like that, I can relate to this character and it makes the story believable and realistic in someway for magic ponie land.

As far as I know, tokens are a requirement to be part of the Displaced multiverse. I have an idea in the works but I haven't contacted the other author yet. If I do go with this plan, the crossover should happen some time around Chapter 25, and Skeletor should get at least one item to help him against Sombra's ghost. Other than that one Displaced, I can't think of any others who would add to Skeletor's story, so I don't think I'll be having crossovers left and right. In all honesty, he may not even make a Token since that would just be inviting people to summon you to a terrible battle field where chances of death increase by 90%.
Possibly? For a while, I had a plan to introduce a certain character from He-Man mythos to the story due to some accidental summoning, but I've mostly scraped that idea now. I might try to find a way to introduce the other character naturally, but as of now, I'm not sure how I would make it work with introducing Swift Wind into the story.
I've thought about this as well. I tried to have a reference to a meme with Skeletor's last line in the latest chapter. "Not Today Satan. Not Today."
As for actually dishing out killer insults... Maybe? If he needs to put a Canterlot noble in their place, then you can expect some verbal lashings. Unfortunately, I don't think I can capture Skeletor's natural wit with my writing, so most of it will possibly read more like an edgy person trying to sound intimidating after they watched one action movie.
I don't know if you have already answered this question previously or not, but what level of technology is in your universe? Do they have electricity? Does everything run off of magic in place of electricity? I know that the Crystal Empire has been gone for a thousand years or so so their technology is not going to be the same as the rest of the world. The reason I ask is that the show was never clear on what they had technology wise. For example, in the very first episode Twilight asks where the light is, indicating that there is a electrical light switch somewhere, which Pinkie later proves by lights coming on moments later and there are no candles to be seen in the rest of the scene. The fact that they have flashlights in Look Before You Sleep indicates that they have batteries. Last example (I promise), (I don't remember the name of the episode) Pinkie is showing Applebloom how to cook cupcakes and when they show the oven, it looks like a modern natural gas/electric oven. That would indicate that they have natural gas or electricity.
TLDR: Discrepancies in the shows technology aspect makes me question whether they use electricity or magic/runes to run things. Just wanted to know what it's going to be like in your universe.

I'd say that they're around the era when Nickolodeon machines were new. So, around American 1905 capabilities, which means they also have those really old cars from 1905.
This way, they still have flashlights, stoves, trains, zeppelin airships, record players, and a few other things we've seen in the show, and they shouldn't have anything like a modern phone or something.
Also, forget about DJ-Pon-3 entirely. Her equipment completely breaks the old timey setting that MLP established with its technology. Everything else made sense for their era except whatever she would pull out.
I gotta say I love the idea for your story. Only really two stories i've seen focus on a character besides Cadance saving and ruling the empire. Nigel M Chalmers and a changeling emperor story. Love the story so far though I do hope it strays away from the displaced ideas. While Displaced is fine they all always seem peter out and die.
The Displaced idea always makes an authors story less, I dont know really, less 'special'. If there are infinite Equestrias, what does it really matter what happens in your version, it doesnt really have the same weight i think.

Technology in mlp was always a bit wonky. I always chalk it up to magic and the relatively peaceful history of the place. I always placed them more modern in some areas and behind in others, or that they had to reason to invent anything better. Why use cars if you can pretty much just walk someplace or if its farther than a walk there is a train. Modern stuff might be invented but there isnt really a reason to use it.

At this point, I'm heavily debating how "involved" Skeletor should be with other Displaced. I'm slowly leaning towards not at all. It's one of the requirements for the Displaced group to include other Displaced in the story, but I'm struggling to think of a way to organically include other Displaced.

The Displaced guys dont have a trademark on the idea of "human turned character in Equestria". You dont really have to connect your story with it. There used to be a group for displaced stories that didnt fit the rules. "Renegade Displaced" I think. Might no longer be around.
