So, as some of you may or may not know, I'm lowkey a Ladybug fan.
Still lowkey sad this never became a reality, damn you Chloe and your pride!
But yeah, I went ahead, few months back before all this Corona nightmare stuff started, made a fanfic for it.
Huge AU, with kwamis being swapped around and then some other AU stuff.
...In one timeline, Nooroo would have been absolutely correct and a life of control and enslavement would have awaited him. But in this timeline, things were different.

In one timeline, Paris had been terrorized by black butterflies swooping down at a moment’s notice. In one timeline it would love the little white ones. In one timeline it would shudder in horror at the phrase ‘Dark Wings Rise’ and in one it would learn to praise it.
For want of a simple horseshoe nail, Gabriel chose not to become Hawkmoth and put his family first. But Paris still needs someone to use the Butterfly Miraculous. If only this time to save it.
Marinette has no idea what she's in for, but even without Lady Luck on her side she'll find a way to save Paris.
Somewhat inspired by Nymph and the Corrupted Miraculous.
Marinette is now the Lady Papillon...
So yeah, basically this but with Mari in a wheelchair and... y'know, not evil. Lila's still egg-sucking scum though. Egg-sucking main villain scum even.
I know about this story! I read a few chapters of it on AO3 a while back, it looked pretty nice. (Didn't have an account there so I couldn't leave a comment, sorry.

Yeah,, I honestly would want to see a mini series showing some of the previous Bearers, or maybe something like Miraculous users can speak to the souls of previous Bearers.
But yeah, Jeanne d'Arc did not deserve to die the way she did. Interesting enough she was later retried a few years later in and declared innocent, and a martyr. Pierre Cauchon, a bishop who arranged for her execution, was declared a heretic, particulary cause he had used an eccumenical trial to help a secular agenda. I wonder how she and Tikki interacted
