A hand full of sand... · 3:26pm Mar 16th, 2020
How are you guys doing? This coronavirus epidemic is really scary stuff, but it sure as hell gets rid off the excuses a writer may have to not write. So, here i am, once again, back to write for your entertainment and my own satisfaction.
However, instead of updating my current ongoing story i decided to try writing a new one. A much shorter tale compared to The wrath of Achilles. I've had this idea stuck in my mind, demanding to be born and i eventually caved in. It will be a one chapter only story but it will be one long ass chapter to be sure. probably the longest chapter i have written to date.
So, to give you guys an idea of what i will be doing, i am going to give you guys the summary of the upcoming story.
I hope you like it as much as i am enjoying writing it:
Princess Celestia, in a tearful and painful battle, defeated and banished her misguided sister, the former princess of the night, into the moon to spend the better part of her eternal life reflecting in silent isolation; her sinful actions keeping her company alongside lunar dust and her own corrupted mind. Eventually, the time would come for her to return to equestria. Driven by vengeance and a thirst for power, she would begin a new decisive and impactful battle that would change the future of ponykind. A battle that would inevitably end with the birth of the new bearers for the elements of harmony and the eventual redemption of the lost sibling, freed from her darkness thanks to the righteous light of friendship.
Does this sound familiar to you?
That is how the story usually goes. That, and so many similar iterations of it across the infinite expanse of creation.
This is not that story.
Let me show you instead, in this tiny little handful of sand, a new story.
A different story.
A tale of how one of the Endless became fascinated with a certain moon alicorn whom, upon first meeting him, tried to blast the lord of the dreaming into nothing with a blast of her magic.
...
No, seriously.
