A relatively new horror game I'd like to bring to your attention... · 3:38am Mar 5th, 2020
So I recently discovered a game on Steam in early access called World of Horror, and upon learning that it was essentially a mash-up of Junji Ito and H.P. Lovecraft I picked it up, naturally. Originally, I didn't even know it was an early access game until way later and with how much content and replayability there is, I would've thought it was a full game. As for what kind of game it is, well I don't really know how to describe it, so I'll let this video do the talking (feel free to not watch the whole thing, I'm just posting this so that you can get an idea of what the game is about):
So, yeah, I got this game this morning and it's more or less all I've been playing all day. Apparently it has a 10/10 on Steam and after playing it I can see why. The full game is supposedly coming out later this year on Steam as well as the Switch and PS4 but guys, seriously, don't let the fact that it's early release push you away. If you have even a smidgen of interest in this game I implore you to check it out. The early access version is $15 right now on Steam and there's more than enough content to justify the asking price (and for those who are worried about how the game runs, I haven't encountered any bugs since I started playing).
huh I watched Jessie Cox play this. Was amusing.
"relatively new"
*technically not even released yet*
Sounds legit

I mean, it's out there to play. It has a price and everything and was made playable last month so... yeah. Even if is early access I'd still count that as relatively new.
Heck I'd still play it.
Maybe one day make a all FND run and see if I can buy my way to the end

My point is that, as of your posting, it's beyond new.

I see what you're getting at. Either way you should check it out if you get a chance.

I'd wait until the full game releases for that. The game is punishing enough already. Like the way Darkest Dungeon is punishing. It's a roguelike and RNGesus is not your friend a lot of the time.

That makes it fun. Sometimes the luck is in your favor and sometimes it isn't which I love about these types of games

Well you're not wrong there. That's how I got sucked in in the first place.
