    Narcolepsy

Fairly certain I have narcolepsy after having my first sleep paralysis moment. Evident with my constant need to sleep every day when the sun is up.

Probably should’ve disclosed it earlier. It wasn’t just school and jobs that hindered updating my fics, but also I’m constantly void of energy and having the desire to sleep.

    Fanfiction

Need your opinions on this. It’s clear the idea of Soldier of Three Armies wasn’t suited for a crossover. In fact, making it a crossover with MLP made it worse in my opinion.

    Theme for General Hassan Alraml

The true heir to the throne of Vacuo, the man who destroyed the Atlesian 6th Army, the Guardian of Vacuo and the Bane of Atlas

Putting this here because I have a bad habit of forgetting things. Yes that includes writing down notes for ideas for my RWBY fanfic. The song’s just so fucking good.

RIP Heroes (and other news) · 6:32am Feb 12th, 2020

In June of 2019, an Indonesian Army Mi-17V5 transport carrying 12 soldiers went missing in Papua. Today, search parties have found the wreckage along with the bodies of the 12 soldiers. It is believe they crashed due to an accident as none of the Separatist groups have claimed shooting one down.

Indonesians know the jungles more than anyone else in the world. The fact that it took months to find the wreckage shows how treacherous and confusing the jungles of Indonesia are. Imagine a foreign nation invading and trying to navigate the Indonesian jungles full of traps, mines, spider holes, and tunnel systems like the Japanese did in WW2. Just for a second, imagine lets say a Chinese tank battalion of Type 99s having a hard time going through the jungle. Right underneath them, Indonesian soldiers prepping an ambush with small arms and Carl Gustafs and not far on a hill, another group of Indonesian troops are watching the Chinese and armed with Javelins. At another hill, a few teams of Indonesian soldiers have Mistral, RBS-70, and Chiron MANPADS ready in case of Chinese helicopters and low-flying aircraft (And drones).

Also, SAAB has stepped up their offers to Indonesia. Besides the obvious Gripen, SAAB is also offering the RBS-15 and the Visby-class Stealth Corvettes though with Surface-to-Air missiles (My guess is they'll be VL MICAs).

For me, no on the Gripen but yes on the RBS-15 and the Visby. The Klewang-class Stealth Patrol Vessels were originally designed to fire RBS-15s anyways and having further cooperation with the Scandinavians to build stealth ships is an absolute must. To those who don't know, North Sea Boats (Also called PT Lundin), designed the Bonefish USV, Klewangs, and special forces crafts for Indonesia and they employ many Scandinavian engineers and designers despite being an Indonesian company. (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD INDONESIA GIVE NORTH SEA BOATS THE CONTRACTS TO BUILD AN ENTIRE FLEET).

Here's some of their products:

(The X18 Tank Boat new design includes 2 missile launchers and the gun scaled down to probably a 25mm.)

Mindef Prabowo Subianto recently hired the man mostly responsible for getting the Leopard 2 MBTs from Germany. Considering this individual spent time living in Germany and is an admirer of the German military and its history, my guess is more German products.

In my opinion, more Leopard 2s, particularly improved 2A4s and better, MILAN ATGM with license to produce, Rheinmetall ADS, Puma IFVs, MELLS ATGM, and Type 214 Submarines.

Now I know that further contracts for Type 209/Chang Bogo-class Submarines will be cancelled due to problems and the fact it's an older model. Besides the Type 214, I am a firm supporter of getting closer to Sweden and getting the proposed A26 Submarine. I understand the need to get submarines immediately since the A26s haven't even been built yet so here's my proposal:

Indonesia currently have 5 Submarines, all Type 209s though 2 are older versions while 3 are newer versions. The plan is to have between 12-15 total submarines. I say 7 Type 214s and 5 A26s (2 of them are to replaced the older Cakra and Nanggala). Following that should be around 25 Midget Submarines now that Indonesia has experience building a Type 214 and hopefully building 2-3 Type 214s and A26s. I'm sure Sweden wouldn't have a problem, otherwise they wouldn't be lobbying so hard that it's borderline fanatic.

(Seriously, SAAB representatives have been meeting government officials and visiting military bases almost daily.)

In other news, Rheinmetall offered Indonesia a whole island system full of radars, SAM sites, etc. just for Natuna Island with the intention of making Natuna the "Pearl Harbor of Indonesia". Ok, I like the sound of that. What I'm worried about is the price.

To our Scandinavian friends out there (especially Silent Echo), I am a firm supporter of getting closer to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. I really like the Scandinavian products. (Admittingly, I too love the SAAB Gripen, but you must understand that this is an unfamiliar aircraft and we're just going to end up opening a new supply line for the Air Force which would strain logistics. This is also the reason why I'm against the idea of getting Dassault Rafales.)

The Indonesian Navy also intends to get a new "attack helicopter". Rumors is it will be the S-70B which I support. I'll go a step further, pursue the Kongsberg Penguin. Hey, they want to modernize right?

Finally, some of Indonesia's Su-27SK/SKMs and Su-30 MKK/MK2 have been transferred to Squadron 14 in Iswajaudi Air Force Base. Why is this significant? Squadron 14 used to operate the now retired F-5 Tigers. It is believed the Sukhois are being transferred there temporarily to prepare the pilots and the mechanics for the arrival of the 11 Su-35s. You know, give them the feel of the sexy as hell Sukhois.

So that tells me Indonesia's going to test America by going through the Sukhoi deal. Basically playing chicken. You may think this sounds stupid, but they wouldn't be doing this is they didn't have a backup plan. This also means that America failed to offer anything to counter Russia's (VERY VERY) attractive deal. I mean, Indonesian Air Force commanders want the F-15 and America couldn't stop themselves from denying Indonesia.

(America's reason is "Human Rights Abuse". Lol, as if America hasn't armed countries who've done way worse before.)

Who do I think is the backup plan if America embargoes Indonesia (unlikely) just for the Su-35? Rafales, Gripens, Typhoons, etc. You name it. (Well, except for China for obvious reasons and India. Seriously India, you guys always manage to do something and then fuck it up so customer turn away I.E. some dude stealing computers from their new carrier, a submarine exploding from a fire, numerous locally-build Sukhois crashing, and the failure of the Arjun MBT).

Vladimir Putin will visit Indonesia in 2021 with new offers including investment to the country. We've got China and Japan investing in our transportation systems, Gulf States investing in building refineries (and our new capital), Australia investing to develop multiple islands to turn them into "Balis" aka more paradise islands, and Russian investment in I believe nuclear power plants and defense industry. (Heard one of the offers Putin will bring is to build a Sukhoi factory in Indonesia since India's closing theirs and Indonesia won't have to bring their Sukhois to Belarus for repairs. Also to build up Indonesia's Sukhoi fleet to stand up to China because nobody likes China. And because Russia needs money since Indonesia's a prime spot in the world for investments. Probably THE prime spot. Thank you Jokowi.)

If America does decide to go for the bullshit move and embargo Indonesia (again), fuck it and go all European and Russian. Maybe even accept Iran's offer to help build Indonesia's defense industry.

So yeah, if America decides to kick the barstool under us:

Germany/France/Italy/Sweden/Denmark/Finland/Norway/Russia/Turkey/South Africa/Brazil>>>>>>>The United States of going Full Retard

China's literally building an Air Force Base in Cambodia for their bombers which puts them within striking distance of much of ASEAN and pretty damn close to Eastern India and America's concern is Indonesia buying a measly 11 Su-35s?????? What kind of shit is Washington DC smoking to think 11 Su-35s which don't even make up a full Air Force Squadron is a bigger threat than a Chinese Air Force Base in another country WITH BOMBERS THAT CAN CARRY NUKES closer to America's own allies????? I appreciate the fact that the Pentagon and the US State Department are overwhelming supportive of arming Indonesia, but even they can't do anything when BOTH parties in Congress are against that idea.

Maybe listen to your experienced Generals and Admirals and not the bullshit politicians who have their pockets lined up for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. Make no mistake, it's not Human Right Abuses, it's the fact these companies want to force Indonesia buy their products and only their products. Basically saying "Buy our shit or we'll kill you."

Or maybe one of the reasons is that Jokowi maneuvered and managed to get a majority stake in all mining operations in Papua and everything must be processed in Indonesia now. Nickel, copper, gold, you name it. Indonesia managed to tell the world we'll process the minerals ourselves and you must pay a higher price for it and not dirt cheap like before. Must be why the economy's booming.

Aye, a good leader finally. Hopefully Nigeria and Mexico follows behind Turkey and Indonesia. Gotta have MINT dominating and replacing BRIC.

Anyways, thanks for listening. I blog here because I know a lot of you guys love military stuff and most don't know anything about the Indonesian military so when Indonesia does rise, you'll get a good laugh when CNN, FOX, and other clueless people run headlines and wonder how tf did a country nobody paid attention to all of a sudden joins the big leagues.

The world's strongest nations: *Scheme against each other*

Indonesia at the darkest side of the table with Mexico and Nigeria standing as bodyguards: "Ayyy draw 4 bitch"

Turkey: *Tears up* "That's my boy."

Well that's unfortunate, but I am more concerned with the Papuan rebels than the Indonesian military, both sides are wronged and is right about thing and another, but what seperates it - to me at least- is that the Papuans are more technologically inferior than their foe.

I have no love for the rebels and no heart for the Indonesian military, concerned that both sides are exploiting the gap of peace for their own purposes

here's a link if you want to look at a political activist's in West Papua that influenced me to say this

I know, I don’t condone the actions of both the police and the military in Papua. However, at least Jokowi’s making amends by giving Papua more funding than every other province to build up the infrastructure that has been ignored by previous administrations.

Trust me when I say if Indonesia stays on course with the plans for Papua, Papua will become the richest and most developed province behind East Kalimantan and Jakarta. Also one of the heaviest defended because of the plans for military bases and a space launch facility in Biak.

That’s how you end insurgencies, by making the lives of the people better.

It should comfort you that the younger generation of Indonesians are more tolerant and accepting to things their elders lacked like embracing the LGBT movement, anti-Islamic Radicalism, anti-racism, and anti-corruption.

Oh good, also I'm American and I don't fully feel safe here anymore, I mean if China has bombers that can hold nukes and could attack our allies and we're not caring about that and we just hate your guts because you want some air Force?
My Government are more stupid then alot of people I've seen

That’s what happens when the corporations have too much control. Eisenhower warned about the military industrial complex and nobody listened.
