The way I see, this means two things, and two things mainly:
1.- Time to dust off the best Transformers theme ever made

If the connection of East and West ever had any meaning, it's right in that song.

2.- The greatest ship ever put to float is now back to sail. The HMS Optilestia rules the waves!

This is canon and nothing you ever say will ever convince me otherwise.
