Hello everyone, I'm here because I said in my previous post that I had a new story coming out on the 1st of February. Since that's tomorrow, I figured I'd offer a small preview of what it is and what it's about.
The new story is titled Rest in Peace, and is a Crossover story between MLP and Bungie's Destiny. After lurking here for the past few months and reading some very solid Human in Equestria stories, combined with Destiny 2's Season of Dawn and its storyline, I had the inspiration to make my own Human in Equestria story. With my own twists of course.
This story's premise is two-fold. It simultaneously tells the story of my Guardian, Luna, and the ponies who make contact with her. Luna is a Hunter with some deep traumas and secrets she wants to keep buried, and has to overcome them before it costs the lives of more innocent beings. Her struggles are a hard battle with plenty of progress made, and almost as much backsliding. The ponies, however, must figure out who this alien is, and whether or not they are a threat to Equestria. With a language barrier in play, things only get more complicated as time goes on, and the alien seems to be getting more and more unstable and dangerous.
My plan for release is for the Prologue and Chapter 1 to be released from the outset tomorrow. I have a 5 additional chapters already written from the momentum I've built up from it as of this post, and plan to release one every week on Fridays at 12 PM Pacific Time (GMT -8). Once I run out of pre-written chapters, I will make an attempt to keep the weekly release schedule, but will shift it to every other week if necessary.
