Don't you just hate that? I went to a elementary school big wide open hallway big swing metal double door... Giant metal post just flush between them the exact same color just the right width (about the size of my hand) narrow enough to not be noticeable but wide enough to not easily maneuver around and set flush with a door frame that was also the same color. Between shoving crowds, my absent mindedness, and the pole's hidden profile, I probably crashed into it somewhere between six to eight times during my time there.
