Dear Diary,
Arc came to see Luna and I today for an audience. While it is always a joy to see him again, I always feel a certain dread when he comes. That's probably due to the fact that he usually comes with bad news. However, today's report was MUCH worse than any previous meeting! According to his findings some members of our guard have been brainwashed since foal-hood! Matron Tempest was, sadly, behind this action from the beginning! Luna and Aunt Celestia... we failed those little ones! I can't imagine how many were subjected to such things! We have to help them! Make this right! Not just because they were wards of the state at the time, but because it's just the right thing to do! I only hope everypony affected can forgive our oversight in this matter!
Arc is quite vigilant in his duties as Hero of Light. Not much gets by him. I only hope he can forgive me if he ever finds out just what I've done!
