Hey y'all, I was going to save this for tomorrow morning but I'm going to be busy this weekend and I figured I get this news out now before I forget.
First off, chapter 10 of "Rekindling the Flames" is taking a lot longer to turn out than I thought it would. I've got a little bit written but it's no where near completion. I'm planning on working on it and getting it out between Oct. 18 and 22, because that's when I'll be on Fall Break and I'll be in the comfort of my own home, allowing the creative juices to flow. I would work on it this weekend and next week, but it's midterms next week and I've got a paper to work on. Also, I disparately need a break from that story. I'm certainly enjoying what I'm writing but after releasing two emotionally draining chapters in a row, I need to take a step back and work on something different.
I've got a new story idea baking in my mind oven. I've been wanting to do a new story for a while, as a way to give me a bit of a break from Rekindling. The general idea for the story is going to center around themes concerning some frustrations I've been having for at least the past two years. It's not fully planned out just yet but it's probably going to be a lengthy one-shot instead of a multi-chapter story. I'm not sure when it'll be out, I'm not even sure what the title will be, but keep an eye out for it.
