Journal Entry - Volume 12 - Chapter 11

Dear Journal,

I… I confessed to the commander to sneaking into the orphanage at night. It felt good to come clean to him about that. He was very understanding, as I thought he would be. Miss Pommel needs to be protected! At least that’s what I’ve been telling myself lately. I know she’s just fine over there, but… if anything were to happen to her… she… she’s like a mother to me! To all of my brothers and sisters in arms!

When we return to Ponyville, I’ll have to tell Miss Pommel about what I’ve done as well. I’m sure she’ll understand my intentions. She deserves to be safe! To be… I don’t know. Guess I’m just chasing shadows on this one.

Being protective of those we care about is one thing. But there are lines that should not be crossed.
