Journal Entry - Volume 10 - Chapter 2

Dear Diary,

When last Arc and I were in this town, I was researching something called a “vacation”. It was a wondrous time, filled with smiles and laughter! Now though, there is only silence and tears. Overlord Cherry is gone forever, and her slaves… no… her friends now mourn her death. I do not understand these customs, but am honored that Arc chooses now to share this experience with me and the others. Hopefully he will not allow this to destroy him, as Equestria still needs their Hero of Light! And… so do the rest of us…

Although death is the normal conclusion to life, it is normal to mourn the death of a loved one.
