What I think about how it ends (No spoilers here, follow link if you want to see)

So, what's there to say, saw the last three episodes, and liked them. Honestly, that's a bit rare these days, I've been far more impressed what the fandom creates than the show. The short version of the ending is that we have a standard two part heroes lose/heroes win arc, fairly typical in that way, rather fitting since it's not a hard ending, the show ends, but life goes on for Equestria. The last episode gives us a peak at how things have changed under Twilight's rule. Sure, there's more to the stories, and I did cover more on my Tumblr, though I did try not to give everything away. Funny thing, one of the two most surprising things of the season isn't from these episodes, but the first one of the season, anyone remember when Twilight ascended and it was officially announce that she wouldn't outlive her friends? Yeah, guess that plan got tossed.
