Hiatus/Cancelling

I'm sorry that I haven't been on in a LONG time. Things have been happening, like me going on trips, getting braces, having my wisdom teeth pulled....over the course of this year, of course.

Due to me having been incredibly busy, and not been on FimFiction in ages, the thought of how I'd continue The Element of Concord has recently come to mind. And I'm deciding that there will be two outcomes. I'm either cutting it short, or cancelling it entirely. There will be no ending to the story, unless something happens in time. I just haven't been able to find the time to manage to finish up the story, since my roleplay partner was burned out, or not as interested. So just in case it doesn't finish, then I'll put what happens in the spoiler box below.

Loyal hears of a threat in the Everfree worse than anything he's ever faced. It turns out to be Flowey, who takes in the power of the Tree of Harmony that would grow into a threatening and horrifying beast. Of course, with Frisk's help, the duo managed to stop Flowey, and whether Flowey was killed or spared is up to you readers' interpretation. It's also worth noting that the next story, which is NOT cancelled, and I've been working on with a friend for over a year, takes place in an AU where Loyal didn't go on his solo journey, and decided to stay for the Festival of Friendship from the MLP Movie, which in itself leads to its own story and journey. In this AU, Flowey was killed/spared BEFORE Loyal joined the festival, which will explain why he's called Demonslayer.

So for anyone anticipating the ending of The Element of Concord, I'm sorry to majorly disappoint and/or inconvenience you. It will not be finished, unless something happens to change that.
