I kinda wish I had contrived some more scenes with Petra and Nimbus interacting with Pinkie. I'm glossing over prior chapters here and there so I don't miss/forget anything, and for some reason I just loved that scene where the three of them briefly chat so much. More scenes with all three of them could be so fun, like watching bad ideas slowly bounce around inside a pink and blue triangle.
Nimbus: "We should do this dumb thing."
Pinkie: "Yeah it'll be fun!"
Petra: "What? No no no... we should do this OTHER dumb thing instead!"
Pinkie and Nimbus: "Okay!"
I can see how that's a missed opportunity. It seems like there were plenty of points where the characters and world could have breathed more, but you also seemed really stressed out over trying bring the story to a close so I'm not sure doing this in the moment back then would have been very easy.
