Okay, here's the thing, I live in a country where I can't watch Mlp on tv so I watch it online, and I just saw the last chapter of the show.
A lot happened in the last 3 chapters and I have got a lot of ideas that I want to try and they don't fit the story. Sorry if you were enjoying it but I don't feel like continuing with how things are sooooo... I'm removing the story and rework it to fit a lot of things...
The story'll be removed tomorrow, and I don't know when I'll be able to re-upload the reworked chapters...

That is a stupid reason. So what if season 9 didn't help the story? The only reason you should stop it is if you're dead.
And your not. So this excuse isn't working for me. This was always an Alternate Universe story anyway.

You are right that is a stupid reason. And I guess you are right on the alternative universe, but I'm still doing some changes to the story. I said since I first posted, (right in the description of the story) that I'd change things to fit the end of season 9.
I guess I can give some thought to what I'll end up doing... sleep on it.
BUT! the main thing here is that If I don't feel comfortable with how my own story is right now, it'll be hard to write chapters.
