Dear Journal,
I will lead my forces to Canterlot Castle soon. By my calculations, it should be a simple matter to march in and finish what was started with the princesses. Whatever defenses the castle’s defenders can muster will be a useless gesture! I can only hope my former soldiers see that and save themselves.
As for the “Lord Regent”… he should make his peace with whatever gods his kind serve, for after I finish with the princesses, he is next! The mission at large is all that matters! I will not allow this young upstart to jeopardize that which I and the organization have worked so hard to bring about! This land MUST be saved, if our kind is to have any hope for a future!
While distasteful, some individuals are content to sacrifice others to meet their own goals.
