September Story, and Why October Story may Delay. (Sad Update) · 10:51am Aug 14th, 2019
Hello, Nathan here.
My Story, Power of Love is probably ending soon, and that means, as usual, my September Story is around the corner.
It’s finished, and ready to post whenever. The details of the story will come up once Power of Love is complete, around late August.
But, there is bad news about the October story. I am finding no initiative to write in general recently.
Some of you out there, whoever you are, may have heard about the recent incidents happening in a place named Hong Kong. Well, I’m a witness of these horrible incidents, and we have rarely had anything like this in decades. I’m just a 16-year-old who likes writing fanfiction and let me tell you it is just as hard as any other society with a big social problem to not be saddened, heartbroken, furious... These words go on and on, when you turn on the TV and all you hear about is that one problem.
Before any of you report me for bringing this problem to the site, I do not hold any view towards the situation, I am only explaining my feelings because I don't have a lot of people left to turn to without breaking into a quarrel.
All of the action happening around the society I live in has been making me feel crazy weird and hurt. I’ve been losing the initiative to write because of my sadness and I couldn’t help but play video games every day to distract myself. I also have schoolwork. Ugh.
Anyway, I know you may not give a fluff about our problems, but don’t we all? Every place has had this kind of stuff before. And this is the first I’ve witnessed, many witnessed, many condemned. Things have been getting absolutely hectic over here and it’s harming everyone’s lives.
Which is why I’m doing the one thing I could do: Spread the word.
I’m not expecting anything, but I just want people who may not know what’s happening to realize the acts of horror in my homeland, to understand how we feel, to understand how cruel people can be... And why just a little bit of support can make our day at this point.
Again, no obligation. But if you don’t mind, I thank you with all my heart.
I wish for the best to you, if the worst gets to happen, I recommend you to leave on a plane to another country.

Wish the best for Hong Kong. I don't know what's going on, but I'm a believer of "you'll reap what you sow", so whoever who's doing bad things will eventually be jailed. I prefer jail time for them than being hit by an illness and dying. So, hope for things to get better in Hong Kong, and other countries that are suffering. I'm the type of guy that will gladly accept people from other countries. Greetings from Mexico.

Already did a while ago in early August. Best 10 days ever.
I cannot think of anything to add that would not sound trite in the face of what you are dealing with, and as with far too many problems in the world there is little to nothing I can do. Just please don’t let these injustices - or those who cause them - take away who you are. Thinking of you and the people of Hong Kong.
