What makes a good fanfic? · 4:53am Jul 22nd, 2019
What makes a good fanfic? Is it how many likes or comments it gets? There's no doubt those are nice. But they do not define a fanfic.
I've been on fimfiction for about two years now and I've seen that there are some people who disable the commenting and ratings which is fine if you do it because you don't care for it, but there are some I feel do it because of their stories.
I write this blog to show my support if you write fetish fanfics write them and leave the ratings and comments on, I feel you you take this options off you let the haters win.
Same goes for authors who feel like their story isn't good, leave the comments and ratings on, and if you feel your story ain't good, don't delete it.
All fanfics are good because you put your heart and soul into them and a whole lot of time, community and likes are nice, but they are irrelevant, if you put so much effort into a fanfic it is good.
So authors, fetish writers, newcomers. Write what you feel, leave the ratings and comments on and don't cower to the hecklers.

Welcome
I like this way of thinking :)
I know this is a late reply, but I have been thinking of writing a fetish fanfic, (which involves tickling if you’re curious,) but I kept fearing that people would think I’m weird. (I only wrote one story so far, and it’s E rated.) So, seeing this kind of helped some.

I'm glad it did

I’m still thinking about whether I should do it or not. Then again, I’m still a novice writer and haven’t gotten enough inspiration yet.
