Journal Entry - Volume 5 - Chapter 15 · 3:03am Jul 20th, 2019
Dear Diary,
Arc, along with his daughter, Ember and I have arrived at a red orb factory called Cherry Hill Ranch. My new surroundings, while alien to me, are a comfort. How this is possible I don't know. However, I'm certain to learn much on this... vacation, as Arc calls it.
The overlord of this factory is called Cherry Jubilee. She appears to run this facility with her sister Ruby Jubilee. While touring the grounds, we came across a couple of her slaves. Oddly enough, they appeared to enjoy their labors! Perhaps they are merely delirious from overwork. I will have to give this matter more thought when I have time.
In the short time I have been here, I've notices the overlord looking at Arc with a strange look on her face several times. While I do not believe she wishes him harm, I will have to watch her actions carefully. My own knowledge of ponies and their customs is, sadly, lacking. If nothing else, this trip should help me broaden my horizons. After all... this land is my new home.
