PAY ATTENTION TO THE HEAT INDEX!!!! · 9:40pm Jul 11th, 2019
Okay, so the last few days have been...…..hot. 
Had to load hay onto flat decks the last two days. Day before was nasty, but yesterday was the danger zone.
High temp in the low 90s would only be a mild concern.....if it weren't for the humidity.
90%+ humidity with a slight rise on the barometer.
All this makes for a good recipe for a heat stroke. 
Point being: If you're getting into anything tenuous in the heat, please do everything in your power to avoid overheating.
Nothing is worth ending up in the hospital, not even that summer tan you've always wanted.
As John Candy once said: "It's not so much the heat: it's the humidity that'll kill ya".
