Hey folks, just wanted to give an update. In regards to this story, I'm still working on it, slowly, but surely. The problem is I started a new summer job this month and it's taking away a lot of my usual writing time. So, yeah, the reason why it hasn't updated in the past few weeks is because I've been wiped three days a week and the rest of the days have been getting back into that working at a job physical understanding with my body and me.
Apologies for the delay, but I did warn that updates may slow when I first started this up if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, I'll do my best to have an update before June 1st, but no guarantees. In the meantime, rest assured, the next chapter has been started. Just need to find time to work more on it and also figure out what's going to happen next for the CMC and Sunset.
That's another problem. I know how I want the story to end, I just need to hash out the journey to get there. I do not want to rush this idea, so I'm taking my time to ensure that the journey towards the climax of the AU will be as rewarding as possible.

Take your time. There's no rush. We'd much rather have a good story that updates slowly than a bad story that updates regularly.
To be honest, I'm surprised the story isn't more popular. It's a much needed shake-up of the genre.
No hurry here. Just do what you gotta do. ‘Nuff said.
