Doctors and Army: Part 3.1 · 4:55am Apr 15th, 2019
Today, I called the clinic to sign up for the thing I need. The first thing I had to do was to call a different number, which I already didn't like. Instead of whom I expected to pick up the phone, someone else did, and I had to wait to get the person I need on the phone. Then they redirected me again, this time to the "paid services" department, which is not what I need. My state medical insurance covers the stuff I need, but just to make sure, I called them. I discovered that I don't need their services, so I would need to call back to those who redirected me. By that point, I was a bit mentally exhausted, so now I'm putting this off until tomorrow. I will go to the clinic personally with all the papers I need, and then I will do everything I have to do.
For now, I'm really displeased with the whole redirection thing. And before that, they didn't answer my email that I sent over three days ago. Bad first impressions, that's for sure. But, well... what did I expect? It's a government-run clinic for the most part, and our healthcare is underfunded. Plus I couldn't sign up for what I need through the internet, which was a negative sign already. I hate calling people for appointments or whatnot, such a thing can be and should be done through simple forms that I can fill on the internet and send to them. Or, at the very least, they should read the emails people send to them.
So yeah, I'm mentally exhausted for today. I'll go to the clinic tomorrow personally to get the things I need, and I hope there won't be any hiccups.
Honestly i find it's much more likely to get a hold of someone through calling or texting. Emails pile up and get ignored easily.

Of course, but the clinic is supposed to accept messages anywhere. They had an email, and I sent them a message. It's their fault they didn't answer. And after this phone redirection crap, I'm not surprised.

sometimes the better approach is to go to the hospital, stomping doors ,and asking for the one who manages the entire hospital and explain it to him/her
