In addition to my previous story ideas, this is one for Formerly Committed, and to whom any blame (or praise) for inspiring this story idea should go.
Deserted Love: Sweetie Dash story (Not clop or erotic, just romantic adventure)
Ten years into the future after the events of Tides of Love, this story takes place. Also won't be published until Tides of Love is done. The Elements of Harmony have all gone their mostly separate ways, Rarity and Fluttershy live in Ponyville still, a new burgeoning city with its own airship docks. Twilight Sparkle's Airship Safety initiative has allowed airships to traverse the oceans without concern, leading to almost the end of sea-travel by sailing ships and the dangers therein.
Rainbow Dash is still a Wonderbolt, aged 34, and Sweetie Belle is an up and coming singer, aged 22, former protege of Sapphire Shores.
For reasons to be revealed in the story, Sweetie hates Rainbow Dash for reasons not entirely undeserved, but certain ponies have decided that's gone on long enough and send the two off across the ocean to Griffonstone on a cultural exchange tour so they can stop being enemies and be friends again. Things go wrong, predictably enough.
Contains sky pirates, derring do, survival, overcoming obstacles both real and imaginary, and in friendship, a budding romance, and daring rescues of damsels in distress (who are also causing quite a bit of distress themselves).
