Chapter 3 is going awesome despite having very little time to work on it.
Somehow I've gotten enough practice with writing, where if I sit down and get to it, I get out 2,000 words. That's a good, I guess.
However, my college classes are wrapping up and subsequently are crushing me underfoot. Seriously... it's gotten bad. I'm stressed to all hell which makes me shut down and get lazy which stresses me out cause I'm not doing anything which makes me feel like I have more work and makes me shut down and feel unmotivated which... FUUUUUUU. Vicious cycle.
Anyways, I will likely be busy until the start of December. From there I be aiming to get out Black Box ch.3 (Hell, maybe I'll even finish the thing during the break. Why the hell not?) then I want to try something on the opposite end of the spectrum.
PS: Next chapter has been turning out pretty violent by the way. I've had my reservations about it, because some people have a problem with that and it would therefore ruin it for them, but in the end my non-violent iterations have just felt dry and boring. If you feel it shouldn't get to bloody speak up now. Your opinion matters. Otherwise it's deadspace-esque violence from here out with Abyss.
If you are stressed than take it easy. If you are worried your chapters wont be as good then you can submit chapter 3 but not publish it and give a set number of watchers access to it to get reviews maybe?

Ponychan has always acted as quality control for me, but if I can get some feedback from my core readers, that will help a lot with speed. Can't do much about any of this yet though, but I'll be free soon enough.
