Physical therapy helped. · 2:12am Nov 16th, 2018

Well, I finally got to go to the doctor, and I feel like I have more range of motion now without pain. Before I couldn't tilt my body to the right much. Now, with a little effort, I can tilt all the way. I have my first night back at work so I'll see what difference it makes.

Only downside is that I had a new problem crop up shortly before that session. My left leg is acting up, making sitting down a pain. I've been mainly staying on my right side or my stomach at home, because it tends to start going numb or just become really uncomfortable, and the session I had did nothing to fix that particular problem.

And I found out near the end of the session that the place I went to is out of network, so it was $70. We had made plans for six weeks or treatment, but once the specialist informed me about the price I had to cancel and look for someplace within my network. I found one, and it's close by, but they don't have an opening until next week.

As long as it doesn't interfere with work I can deal with this current problem, since I'm not going to be sitting down while working, but break times might not be too enjoyable.
