Though I love a lot of what the fandom does, covers and custom music is rarely that which really get me in a personal way. And I've come to love the series' musical style for sure.
This is one of the few exceptions. I dunno why, it just strikes a chord with me. I've listened to it enough that it appears regularly in my YouTube mix, so that's something. I think Crusader really captures the essence of the original piece while taking it in a personal, acoustic direction, and the diction of his voice and the melody does a really good job of keeping the pace. So it's still really fun. Plus, he ends the song really well, rather then trying to replicate the minute-long instrumental backing then ends the actual version.

I'm quite fond of Crusader! I'm not an especially huge rock fan, but this being a Rainbow Dash song it seems to fit pretty well. Agreed about the ending, too. :)
