Question for those who know their explosives and anti-tank weaponry.
1. How powerful are C4 and Semtex?
2. Can they be stuck to materials and if not, what kind of materials are used to stick them on surfaces?
3. How many pounds of C4 or Semtex are needed to cause, for example, a road to collapse? (A road that has a sewer running underneath to be specific.)
4. We've already established that the RPG-29 Vampir has the capabilities of penetrating and knocking out the Challenger 1 considering one penetrated the frontal underside hull (with ERA) of a Challenger 2 and wounding the tank crew but the tank was fine and there were at least 3 M1 Abrams that were damaged after taking a hit from the RPG-29 with one seriously after getting hit on the turret's side armor.
My question is involving the Mk 153 Soulder-Launched Multipurpose Assault Weapon also known as the SMAW and the LAV-25. How thick is the armor of an LAV-25 and can it be penetrated by the SMAW's HEDP and HEAA rockets?
5. How powerful is the SMAW's HEDP rocket compared to the SMAW-NE? I'm not familiar with Thermobaric Warheads and how they compare if they are fired on a building.
6. The minimum age for joining the military in the United States is 17 with parental consent, 18 without. However, is there a minimum age for military academies like West Point? Do you have to be at least 17 or can you enroll at an earlier age as long as you're at least 17 by the time you graduate?
7. Military Academies are 4 years, but how long is basic training, officer candidate school, and how long is the average special forces training. I know it varies but I'm trying to relate to the US military as much as possible considering the majority of Veterans/Servicemembers in the MLP fandom are from the US Military.

Lt. General Theodor Wiedling is a reference to General Helmuth Weidling, the last commander of the Berlin Defense Area during the Battle of Berlin.
Now for General Luchiano Visconti. I did not know Luchiano Visconti is an actuall clothing designer. I actually created that name from the combination of the gangster Charles "Lucky" Luciano and Italian Film Director Luchino Visconti.

The airliner they flew was Oceanic Airlines. The plane that crashed in Dead Island? Oceanic Airlines. Oceanic Airlines made an appearance in Grey's Anatomy. The airliner was also advertised in The Wolf Among Us.

Northwest Airlines was a real airline company. Southjet Airways is a fictional airliner in the movie Flight featuring Denzel Washington. I was implying that Graceful Valkyrie is Volee Airlines Flight 180 from the first Final Destination movie and Final Destination 5. Btw, Flight 180 itself was a reference to the real life TWA Flight 800 disaster so I made a reference to a reference of a flight disaster. Boy do I love flying.

I don't like it when people trash soldiers from other countries, especially keyboard warriors from the US. Like many US soldiers, many other soldiers from around the world enlisted to either escape poverty, family tradition, they're patriots who want to defend their nation, or out of desperation to defend their homes in warzones like Syria and Iraq. My dad had friends in the Indonesian military (With one a major in the UN Peacekeeping force), and one of them is a Kopassus officer who died in an accident. At the same time, I have friends in the USMC, a friend who's father died in Fallujah, and another friend in the USAF. I was proud of my country's military and I kept thinking other nation's soldiers could not compare.
I was just a little kid though. Then, I met a survivor of the USS Northampton from World War II (By chance too. Met the old man at a park in San Francisco when I was little. God bless that man), I had a teacher who's family escaped Vietnam after South Vietnam's fall, an art history teacher who passed away from a brain tumor (One of my favorite all time teachers. I cried when he passed), family friends who had parents and relatives who "disappeared" after General Suharto and others began hunting down suspected Communists in Indonesia, my dad being close to a terrorist attack that hit Jakarta, a story where my mother told me her heart stopped giving birth to me and she was thankfully revived, an incident where my mother was driving the car with baby me in the back when she heard a voice whisper to her "Go home" so she did. The voice then said "Check the engine" so she did and found the engine was smoking, witnessing Jetblue Flight 292, a friend who's brother was stranded in Benghazi, and watching some of my friends march off to join the military did I begin to appreciate Human life.
One day, we will be united under one banner. Maybe not in our lifetimes, but we can set the stepping stones for the future.
C4 and Semtex are both High Yield Plastic Explosives so either or would work.
C4 has an Adhesive strip that is sued to attach it to pretty much any surface.
Uh, depends. If you put them at weak points on the bridge (joints, supports, ETC) than maybe, MAYBE 3-5 bricks per weak point.
The LAV-25 has MIL-A-46100 armor which has a Varying armor thickness of between 4 and 9 mm designed to stop small arms fire only. So a SMAW's HEDP and HEAA CAN penitrate it from most angles.
The SMAW-NE is meant for Caves and bunkers, but is effective against lightly constructed building's using Overpressure.
The basic Requirements is 17 but not above 23.
Basic Training lasts 10 weeks, OCS I think is 12 weeks and SOPC is 2 and a half weeks with another 24 days for Assignment and selection.
