Update #1 FTL: Operation Restoration

Story is up, one half of the prologue has been posted, which I feel is better paced than the rushed beginning chapter I had before in the last iteration, going in a different introduction method starting from the beginning moving forward, rather than the forward going back to the beginning. At least initially, for introduction's sakes.
