    New Year's Surprise for you! An extra chapter of Her Way With Words!

    I mention in the Author's Notes for the chapter as well, but I had the idea for a sequel to HWWW involving Sunset Shimmer and the Shadowbolts. A full sequel was too much to do in the time that I had, but I managed a oneshot that basically covers the broad strokes of what I would have done in this hypothetical sequel.

    Commission Update: Leatherbound Shadows Will Not Be Finished

    I talked to the commissioner and they have lost interest in continuing Leatherbound Shadows, and as my December 31st deadline is fast approaching, it's just as well. Its unfortunate, and I feel bad that things shook out this way, but there's nothing I can really do to change it now. It's always been work for pay, and if there's no pay, there's no work.     Chapter Update: Moonlight Scales: Sidewinders

    The next and final chapter of Moonlight Scales should be up.

    This will be the final chapter of Moonlight Scales I write, and I'm somewhat regretful that I couldn't get to Celestia and Luna for the commissioner, but we've talked and they're interested in finding someone else to pick up where I left off.

I'm still feeling under the weather, but despite my worst fears, I have managed to cobble together to get the next chapter of Her Way With Words live.

Don't expect much more than this. Any more would exceed your weekly miracle allowance.

Also, odds are good the next chapter will be delayed. See, I had been pre-writing the chapters. So when Chapter 3 went up, the first draft of Chapter 4 was already written and just in need of proofing.

I do not have Chapter 5 written. And given the way I'm feeling, that's probably not going to change in time for next Tuesday.
