So now that this story is finished, I can finally do this. These facts are more of what I was going to do, why I did some things, and a few other things. So if you haven’t read the rest of the story, please do so first before reading this.
1. The Greatest Show in Canterlot was never planned until I saw The Greatest Showman. There was a similar idea I had in mind, but compared to what I had in mind, I felt it would work better and it would show that he still had some connection to The Changelings.
2. Peanut Butter saw Chrysalis as a bit of a mother figure and since he was so young at the time, she treated him more like a son than a gang member. Which made it harder for her to let him go before he went in too deep.
3. Why did I kill off most of the mane 7? Two reasons. First one is just cast was getting too big. I could barely keep up. Second was for Peanut Butter/ Violet Rose to finally realize what he had. It’s as the saying goes “You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.”. Someone asked why Applejack? Well, it’s just how love is. You’re willing to put yourself in harm’s way to protect the one you love. It was either her or her and everyone else including Peanut Butter.
4. Breaking the Shackles was my “Written into a corner” chapter.
5. There WAS going to be a sequel to this. I’m not doing it anymore because I’m just not feeling like continuing the story. I feel this is a good stopping point, but I may do an epilogue of their vacation, may not.
6. The sequel was going to bring back Blueblood and bring in The Dazzlings as well as new villains. This was where I was going to kill off Peanut Butter/ Violet Rose. Giving her a send off to peace in the afterlife.
7. Did Peanut Butter die? Yes and no. Physically, he was transformed. Mentally, yes, the old Peanut Butter is dead and Violet took over, she has his memories, personality, and goals.
8. Why so dark? Originally it wasn’t, but after mulling it over I think it would be good for the character.
9. What now? Other than the possible Vacation epilogue, nothing. Back to my articles and script editing. I wanted to finish this up so it was done.
10. Will Life and Adventures of Peanut Butter get attention now? Yes, though I may bump up the rating to teen for what may or may not happen in later chapters.
11. The flight number is a nod to when I started these stories.
12. What about Cherry Blossom? What about her? Is she still alive? I will not answer that until I decide what to do with the after story.
