Time for the second progress report.
Progress has been... a little slower this time around. I haven't finished the chapter like last time. Though, in my defense, I have been pretty busy due to graduation coming up. I have gotten a pretty decent amount done recently, so here's what I've got.
I'm working on the chapter with Twilight waking up in the aftermath of the attack on Canterlot. I've rewritten the dream sequence early on in the chapter for it to be a bit more interesting (and by that I mean way more cloppy) and there's also more of a formal introduction between Twilight and Asmodeus. I'm giving him a bit more personality in this rewrite.
That's what I've finished up to this point. From there I intend for the chapter to unfold largely how it did in the original, with one major change, which I will not give away here because it's a pretty big spoiler. What I will say is that the latter sections of this chapter will have Twilight further exploring how the order operates and will again give Octavia and a few other characters such as Derpy and Lyra a bit more spotlight.
That's about it for now. I intend to devote most of today to writing this chapter and see how far I can get. Tomorrow will be pretty busy (I'll be at my graduation ceremony) but after that I'll have plenty of time to spend writing, so I should have more done once the next update rolls around.
