Britt McKillup's sister Carly offered me money for something

hi there,

just now, I have been in communications with MLP Voice actress Britt McKillup (Princess Cadence)'s sister carly on Twitter and she offered me 100 dollars a day to put into my bank account for some orphanage. Is this a scam or some sort of trick? I am very leery about this. She has verified she is Carly McKillup.

Pretty sure this is a scam.

She'll either ask you to send "her money" (actually your money, since it's in your bank account) onward to somewhere first and then never send you the funds to cover it. Or, she'll send you a check and ask you to immediately send another check to someone else. Your check will clear and you're out that money. Her check won't clear and there's nothing you can do about it.

The best case scenario is that you might actually get the money from her, but who knows who you just forwarded it off to while erasing the real source?

This is someone either looking for a scam or trying to launder money using you as an intermediary. Don't do it.
