What i did was add my story to groups that made sense to add them in. Like Free at Last. I added that story too groups like adopt a human, human in equestria, you see where I'm getting at? The tags of yours says, Romance, Adventure, and Sad. Add those to those types of groups, and people should start to like it. Also, not all stories work out the first time. Free at Last was not my first story, did you know that? My first story was actually called Slender: The Watcher, but it got negative reviews, due to the fact that was my first story, and I wasn't really good at writing at the time. I'll read the first chapter, and I can tell you if there is anything you need to fix.
