The story commission is Moon Dancer calling out Celestia for "picking and choosing" Twilight Sparkle's friends....
In light of the episode No Second Prances (where Twilight apologizes to Starlight for trying to pick and choose Starlight's friends for her, when Celestia trusted Twilight to pick her friends, and Twilight should have trusted Starlight the same way).
And Mending Fencing, which shows Twilight DID have friends in Canterlot, she was just a poor friend to them (and how much this destroyed Moon Dancer).
Twilight's original reason for staying in Ponyville being to stay with her friends in Ponyville...
and "Celestial Advice" that confirms that yeah Celestia had the mane six planned to become Twilight's friends from the start. So she did 'pick and choose' Twilight's friends, she was just far more devious about it than Twilight Sparkle was with Starlight.
So yeah. I am looking for someone to write this story idea as a story commission. It's NOT to paint Celestia as a villain, or have the entire story be Moon Dancer spent the entire time brow beating Celestia, but this is something that really really REALLY needs to be addressed!!! (With perhaps with the final irony that Moon Dancer isn't calling out Celestia for her own broken life, but for Twilight being strung along.)

I'm normally a passionate Celestia defender, but I think in this case it NEEDS to be pointed out that Twilight was dead wrong about Celestia letting her chose her own friends. (Notice how they were each assigned jobs that Twilight was expected to inspect and meet all of them? And B follow A that Pinkie Pie would throw her a party like she does any new arrival.)
