Background: Whenever crime seemed to spring up around Equestria, it was stopped by the Royal Guard. But when Queen Chrysalis attacked Fillydephia and succeeded in her invasion because The Elements were not there, Fillydelphia was under the Changeling Rule. One pony, or at least it appeared to look like one, fought back.
Dethroning the Queen: The Changeling Regime only lasted about 48 hours, as Chrysalis heard of her highest ranking minions being taken out overnight, apparently by a lone pony. she decided to confront the threat to her rule and destroy it, What she found was so terrifying that she left the next day, carried out by her servants because she was so critically injured. The civilians of Fillydelphia thanked the mysterious hero who had now vanished, leaving a large CM carved on the side of a skyscraper...
Other sights: This "Crimson Mane" was also spotted in Canterlot taking down a group of Gangpony Members and even their boss, who was dropped off near death at Celestia's doorstep with a CM carved into his chest. Celestia launched a search party for Crimson Mane, but found nothing on the pony, She declared the pony a suspect to assault and the case is still open... Eventually, Crimson Mane was reportedly seen in the Everfree Forest of the other world, hunting Midnight Sparkle. Somehow she knew where the castle was, even after Midnight concealed it. She carved a message into a tree for Midnight to read...
"I'm watching you, Midnight."
Now, the Guardians of the Sun and Burning have a mysterious attacker against Midnight... But is it friend or foe? Whoever or whatever is it? Who is Crimson Mane? Whoever he/she is, it does not abide by any law, and it isn't bothered by the idea of killing.
Powers: From eyewitness accounts, Crimson Mane can fly with a pair of giant metal wings that are sharpened like swords and have feathers that can be shot like spears. She wears some sort of magic trench coat that has a mask attached, the mask covers his/her face, leaving only the life form unnatural yellow-red eyes exposed. Crimson Mane is an expert of unarmed and armed combat, and apparently wears what appears to be a pair of clawed gloves and boots that can be electrified.
