The other night, I literally just wrote an entire nine-page fix of the Sirens going with Sunset and confronting Starswirl about his decisions. It's located here if anyone wants to see it. Based off a single line from Reborn: "It was Starswirl who exiled us, after all." That single line made me write this amalgamation of stuff. I'm keeping it in Google Doc form because people tend to get upset at might nighttime fic-speils, but if you wanna read it, knock yourself out!
Also, as an update, I am currently only about two hundred dollars away from buying my new laptop. That's one full paycheck right there. And then I can start posting regularly again! My current laptop crapped out on me shortly after I wrote Crazy Uncle Starswirl, so I'll find one of the school computers to try doing some writing on.
Fun premise, and the ending was super cute. Felt odd to have Adagio be the youngest though.

*evil grin* Oh, sweetheart. That's my favorite part about writing the Sirens. I know everyone assumes Adagio to be the oldest because she's arguably the most put together of the three. And that's why making her the youngest makes me giggle so much! The weird looks people give their screens when they see Dagi Dearest as the youngest is just great! I'm glad you enjoyed this odd amalgamation, though. I didn't post it as a story because I wasn't sure how anyone would respond to it.

Where the hell is the Adagio evil grin emoji on this site. That one describes the look on my face so often, like right now.
The interesting part is that even when I write her as the younger sister, she's both of those combined. She's the domineering younger sister. Sonata's got too much of a carefree attitude and Aria works better as the muscle, so Adagio has to step up and lead them.

Sonata hatched first, and then Aria hatched the next day, and then four days later, Adagio hatched. She just missed the mark, too, because her mothers were going to write her off as a bum egg and eat her. She hatched just as she was in Fioritura's mouth. It was pretty shocking waking up surrounded by sharp teeth, but thankfully, Crescendo was looking in and hurriedly grabbed the little guppy before she could get eaten.
Nah, I just have Adagio hatching after her sisters.
I think about this a lot, heh...

That's fricken brilliant! Aria used to tease her by nibbling her tail when she didn't expect it or showing off her teeth and Sonata always had to stop her. Eventually, Adagio adopted those techniques into her dominance and that's why she looks ready to beat the shit outta Ari in the movie.

Oh, that's brilliant. Like Adagio managed to use all her tiny rage to put the fear of celestia into her sisters, then used that to horde the magic for herself and get big and strong
