Background: Sea Breeze is the carefree, adventure-seeking, mare-magnet of the Masters of Nature. He fills the role of the driver of ships and other vehicles as well as the diplomat of the group. His natural charisma and charm have gotten the team out of situations where they were in over their heads. With the powers of the waves at his side and a commanding voice, he is not a pony to annoy carelessly. Sea Breeze is known by another name, The "Azure Wave", which is his real name. He took on the nickname Sea Breeze because and I quote
"These Ponies tend to run scared out their wits from a name like Azure Wave."
Sea Breeze spent his childhood growing up an outcast alongside a young Burning Star in Firebrand Village, being the second member to join the Masters of Nature. He is a hybrid of a Hippocampus and Pegasus, although Hippocampus are usually found near the ocean, Sea Breeze made his home in a nearby river, he lived alone because his parents kicked him out for being what he was. When the village was accidentally burned down by the Alicorn of Fire, Sea Breeze fled Equestria, heading to his home country of Trotland. He spent most of his adolescence hoping not to involve himself in any more violence.
Back to the Crazy World: When Princess Luna, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie came to tell Sea Breeze of Burning Star's impending meltdown, they were attacked by Sea Breeze's little rival, the Trotland Naga known Lord Tsunami. Sea Breeze saved them by dragging the great serpent into the raging ocean and killed it by impaling it on a large rock. He did return to Equestria and helped Burning Star recover. He has participated in the defense against the Windigo Invasion, he even took the Element of Ice away from Diamanda, and is now manager of the Weather Factory. He is now campaigning to get equality for Seaponies and Hippocampus in Equestria.
Powers: Being a Pegasus, Sea Breeze can fly at great speeds and is incredibly agile. Due to being the Master of Water and Ice, Sea Breeze has complete control of the water and ice elements. He is considered the most versatile of the Masters of Nature, due to having two different elements in his possession. Like any Pegasus, he can walk on clouds and move them with ease, creating torrential rainstorms, hailstorms, and any other type of weather that involves precipitation. The weather power does come from his Pegasus form, but it is much more advanced than the average pony.
His Water powers include conjuring up water and ice into various different forms. He can preform water magic as basic can create large bursts of water to smother his opponent with, To as advanced as causing superheated water geysers to erupt from the ground.
His Ice powers include the freezing water into extremely durable ice, blast a beam of icy energy from his mouth, and causing blizzards to appear out of nowhere.
Hippocampus Form: Being a partial Hippocampus, if Sea Breeze enters either fresh or salt water, his back legs and wings transform into a powerful pair of fins, and his body triples in size, even his mouth gains pointed teeth like that of a shark. He can use his incredible body strength to constrict and crush his foes like a snake, and swim at incredible speeds nearing 300 knots. While in the water, not only are his powers increased exponentially, letting him create giant tidal waves and powerful whirlpools, but his influence over the element becomes so strong that he can override the Moon's control of the tides.
Weaknesses: Sea Breeze is weak to day environments and any extreme amount of heat, as his body must stay moist in order to survive. His body is highly conductive to electric energy, so a decently strong bolt of electricity can render him incapacitated, and blasts such as taking Lightning bolts head on can possibly kill him.
