    Something in the works? Maybe?

A thestral, a siren, a zebra, a dragon, a changeling, a kirin, three unicorns, three pegasi, three earth ponies, and three alicorns all walk into a bar.

They then get kicked out because that's way too many characters with "primary/secondary protagonist" billing for one story.

    Follow-Up Clarification

    Vagueposting aside, here's what's up:

I'm not going to worry about all my stories at once, that way leads disaster as has been proven time and again already. Still want to try to do something with Of Responsibility, The Atlantis Scenario, Contrast, etc; but not yet.

    [Snippet] The Ponyville Numbers Station

Sunset Shimmer set about unpacking her things. Though still reluctant toward the idea of staying in Ponyville long-term, she was at least going to make sure she was comfortable here during her visit. After a solid couple hours of work, the previously-bland master bedroom had been transformed into something far more cozy. The bed was made, her spellbooks and theory texts placed snugly on a

TAS 1: I should have expected this... · 2:07am Oct 25th, 2012

First off, now that you've read the first chapter and know basically what's going on, I'll explain the title.

It isn't in reference to the city dissapearing (and being landlocked as it is, it definitely didn't sink underwater or anything like that) but rather, that it is now returning.

I'm probably the only one who's thought of this, but let's say if there really was a Lost City Of Atlantis, and somehow a civilization had survived there to the present day, what would happen if we found it?

I imagine that even if they don't have the crazy technology/magic like in most media featuring it, (Disney's The Lost Empire comes to mind) all sorts of political and social insanity would occur; with the former, it's an issue of everyone trying to adjust to this new political power and either befriend or neutralize the rival, and with the latter, it's a problem of everyone realizing that what they thought was just a myth is real, as well as a new culture to meet. I've dubbed that sort of situation 'The Atlantis Scenario' in my head, thus the title here.

Anyway. I guess I was a bit surprised by how... lackluster the reaction was. I understand that a lot of people are trying to avoid Season 3 spoilers, but just as many aren't. Presentation is a good way to get people to want to read the story, but I didn't think my little description was too bad. Admittedly, the cover image is somewhat bland, but I'm going to fix that soon.
EDIT: Less lackluster than I thought; I was just being impatient.

So the chapter itself, now that I'm looking back on it, probably wasn't completely nessecary; I could easily have begun at the first scene of Chapter Two and added a bit of exposition explaining the events of this one. But really, I like this chapter by it's other merits, and I spent several hours slaving over it, so I'm gonna leave things as-are. I promise things will pick up quickly from here on in, and I may actually get the next chapter out quickly, for once in my life.

Also, I literally followed you less than a minute ago, and this blog post pops up in my notifications, lol.

446564 I AGREE

:rainbowlaugh: How it goes, I guess.

Okay then.
Makes sense.

446571 Everything.

"Yes, I have just discovered that the whole universe fits easily into one simple equation!"
"Which is...?"
"Already my powerful brain is bored with such simple problems and is now working in why girls are so obnoxious."

Man I love Calvin and Hobbes.

Also; those pictures are not technically random as they all relate to one particular topic, making them part of a group and therefore not random.
Logic. It's a b*tch when it wants to be.

446638 I guess the picture time itself is random, then. :P

1373100 It'd would be funny if that happened. :rainbowlaugh:
