"A Friend from the Deep" Update · 5:08am Mar 15th, 2018
Hello, everyone! I just wanted to give you all a quick update on my fic A Friend from the Deep.
First off, it's been hard writing this story. I want to so badly since this idea has been stirring in my head for at least five years, but I knew writing an OC story wasn't gonna draw much attention. I'm not trying to guilt-trip anyone right now, as you all are free to like whatever you want, but having very little support for this piece of fiction has caused to me to stall when it comes to actually getting it typed up on my computer. This story won't be scrapped, but it may take me quite a while to get it done.
The beginning part that I'm working on right now is something that I want to get done ASAP, as it's one of the most less-developed parts of the story. I've been listening to songs for inspiration, taking time to think, rereading my work (which have a few typos I need to fix, lol)... However, I'm glad to see that this version of the fic is getting better ratings than the old one did, which was definitely a goal for me. I'll see if I can add this story to more groups to gather more readers and ratings to see how well I'm doing. For those who have been helping me, I thank you very much. :)

The sequel is also a WIP. Although I have been receiving tons of requests publish the sequel, I just haven't been in the mood to write it. It has been started, and I may consider finishing the first chapter soon.
