11/03/18 Update

Hey all, Moon-Lite / Nyhll here with a little surprise update~ ^^

First, for those who have only followed one of these accounts and not the other, here are the links:

Why would I want to share those links? Well, for those who somehow don’t know, I started my writing over on Moon-Lite, and had some personal issues that lead to me being an idiotic child and deleting my original works and starting fresh on Nyhll.

Long story short, Fall of Harmony and Contest of Rivals, my 2 original stories are coming back in their entirety to Fimfic and are going to be posted on Moon-Lite, just as they were. The exception is that instead of separate chapters they will be one long post, a compromise for what I had to do to get them ready for posting. They are currently in que to be approved for submission.

Now, I know the rules say that you aren’t allowed to repost stories that you deleted, that you have to contact the mods to get them posted, but I did send an email to [url=mailto:[e-mail]][e-mail] and have yet to receive a response, so I’m saying screw it and am gonna post them myself~

For those who have only followed Moon-Lite and never went over to Nyhll, I can’t really blame ya given my actions ^^;
I hope you are willing to give me a second chance over there and read Phoenix- it’s a sort of combination of Fall of Harmony and Contest of Rivals into one story, though with some very different plotlines added. It may be labeled as an Anon-A-Miss fic, but that plotline is more of a background element, and is instead focused more on Sunset Shimmer.

Now comes a question for all of you. As of this posting all my stories are going to be listed as completed, including Phoenix even though it has more story to tell. The reason for this is a simple question:

Do you readers still want to read my writings?

I’ll be honest, I always say I’m not writing for anyone else’s sake, and it’s true. But I also want people to enjoy what I work on, considering how much effort I put into it. And maybe I’m being a little too proud, but I like to think that I’ve inspired some of you to write yourself.

So here’s what I want you to do! Send me a PM here on the site, or respond to this blog on either of my accounts, and let me know what you think. Should I keep writing? Do you think I’m not worth your time because of my previous issues of deleting stories? Be as candid and visceral as you want, because I want to know what the readers want.

To those that have sent me messages or commented on Phoenix of late, I’m sorry for the silence, and it’s going to still be silent on my end until next Sunday when I check back in on both of these accounts to see what the people say.

Yes, keep writing. I enjoyed your works and would like to see them again. I know it can be frustrating at times to deal with overly harsh readers, but if you enjoy something keep it up. Just use it as motivation to continue becoming better. And even then, remember that there will always be people out there that just don't like something and will be overly harsh or just want to treat you badly for the lulz. But know that it is easier to get through when you do have readers you enjoy and properly praise and criticize your work. I hope the reposting of the stories goes well.

It is indeed a lot easier to continue making something when you have people supporting you, and I appreciate each and everyone of you who have let me know that you enjoy my works~ ^^

I know my past actions have tainted my image with others, to say the least ^^;, but I hope I can prove to people that IO'm trying to be better, and to try and provide something that both I and the readers enjoy~! ^^
