Project 2.0 Update · 4:24pm Feb 9th, 2018
Hello, people (and ponies, few as there are) of the internet! So, Project 2.0 is at two chapters (almost three) long... but I'm a little worried I'm falling back into old habits of "Gary Stu-ing" it up. I already have one editor to bounce ideas off of and catch most grammar and spelling mistakes, but I need one (preferably a veteran writer) to help me catch any Gary Stu-isms in the first two chapters (and also those other two things editors do to be extra thorough). I will put my usual specifics for being an editor for me down below. I'm really excited to get this done and published. It's gonna be GREAT!
Editors:
Since I don't have money to pay, and I won't be working on this religiously due to school, I don't expect any involved to do what I can't. So if you're editing for me, work at you're own pace. I may PM you occasionally to make sure you're alive, but I'm not going to demand anything of anyone who's helping me out of the goodness of their heart. Since you're not getting paid, you will get a shout-out in the bio, and thanks for every chapter you edit. I am working in a google doc, so it'll be easier for you to have a google account, but not required. I will share it with you and give you the ability to comment, meaning when you type in the doc, it will create marks where you're adding, and a box off to the side with what you're adding, and marks where you're deleting, but it won't edit the actual document until I accept or reject them, but I won't outright reject anything with out discussing with you why I put it there, and whether or not it works, because that helps me think objectively of the writing.
Cover Artists:
(basically Editors, but I'll say it again)
Since I don't have money to pay, and I won't be working on this religiously due to school, I don't expect any involved to do what I can't. So if you're "art-ing" for me, work at you're own pace. I may PM you occasionally to make sure you're alive, but I'm not going to demand anything of anyone who's helping me out of the goodness of their heart. Since I can't pay you, I will give you a shout out on the cover, and a source link to your DA, or whatever site you want me to link to. I'm not going to only accept the artist that PM's me first, but rather all of them. All art submitted will be used (with credit) in either a chapter that the cover fits, a fan-art section (XD Like I'd actually getfan art, because I'mtotallythat good... *SARCASM COUGH*), or the coveted cover spot. Basically, what I'm saying is: If you spent time on making a cover, I won't put it to waste, and I'll put it somewhere people will see it.
Thank you for your time, if you want to help me in any way (preferably in the two ways above, but excluding money), the PM me.
Peace out,
And see you in the future... or past... or wherever I end up.
