His mother and father were named Montague and Capulet, and they killed each other in a murder/suicide. He has a half-brother named Macduff, who was born via Caesarian section (except since there is no Caesar in Equestria, it's called a Cadenzasection), and the two periodically feud over their grandfather Duncan's estate. The climax of Pony Gear Solid will involve Twilight and Snake raising an army to help Macduff lay siege to Macbeth's fortress of Dunsineighn.
