Where have I been? · 5:00am Jan 26th, 2018

Hey there guys,

Sorry to have been gone for OVER A MONTH now, I'm getting into the last semester of my second year of college, and things are getting busier than I have ever been. Unfortunately, that means there is little room for writing in my schedule. It doesn't mean a hiatus, thankfully, but it does mean a length of time in which I cannot assure when new chapters will come out. When summer comes back around, I can more sure of a weekly writing schedule.

Another bit of good news, though, is that I have big plans for this year. My hiatus is entirely toppled, which is excellent, and I've figured out why I suddenly felt so insecure about my writing ability:

I didn't like where my current fics were going.

Which is a pretty common problem with writers, it happens to everyone once and awhile. FiMfiction is set up in such a wonderful way, though, so that I can simply treat what I already have written as a "first draft". From there, I can better plot out and plan where I want to go from here on. I've even already started with Embracing the Fog in the background. You may not see the fruits of my labor for some time, as I plan to peck away at these chapters in my valuable free time.

In other, slightly tease-y news, I already have my fifth story in the works along with everything else. All I am going to say is that it was heavily inspired by helping Uria write Hell and High Water, though it only shares certain characters and ideas. I have no set timetable as to when it'll come out, even though some of it is already written.
