You ever just have one of those kinda days where everything just goes wrong or everything is shitty?
Well I'm having one of those days. It all started last night. Perth just had 4 months of rain in less than a day thanks to ex-cyclone Joyce which caused flooding, black outs and was a pain in the ass for planes to land at the airport (one or two planes aborted landing, I'm surprised none of them crashed). We had the same sorta thing around the same time last year and the aircon vent above my bed leaked. The same thing happened again but the rain was a lot worse and when I checked on the bucket I put under the vent to stop my bed from getting drenched, there was a towel in there and that was drenched with even more water in the bucket with it. Along with my ceiling getting damp which is a bad thing, the resin from the base coat of the paint on the ceiling leaked through to make these really weird ass droplets on the ceiling. It's not dangerous but it looks like mould.
It looks like I will be sleeping in my study for a while. (My study has a fold out couch which really isn't comfortable)
That was a bad start to the day. Then as I go to get dressed, I pick my trousers up off of the study floor from last night, a huge ass black spider drops out of one of the legs and scuttles across the floor to who knows where! Just great! Did I mention that I'm seriously Arachnophobic?
Think this day can't get any worse? Think again. I woke up around 9ish, got up around 11:30, and my back is hurting pretty bad cos that fold out bed really is not comfortable. It's two seats lined up and where you're shoulders are supposed to lay is where the wooden base is. like there is no padding at all for the base!
The only plus side to the day was that my drawing glove that I ordered like a month ago and it's awesome, so that's pretty cool. Also, I accidentally shaved the side of my head too short (It's been shaved since halloween) so it's at military short standards which sounds bad but it does actually look kinda cool in a Natalie Dormer kinda way.
So yeah, let's just say it's been one of those kinda days where the world is just giving you the middle finger and telling you 'fuck you!'
🙃
Ouch! I'm sorry to hear that Aurora. I hope things get better for you D:
