i have heard that it has been leaked that the show shall end in season 9. what will that mean for this site?

Yep, I heard it too
Also heard that there will be a generation 5 of Mlp with new design. Apparently another movie will also be aired.
But I can't believe it!
Whyyyyy?! I thought it would never end. It's gonna be finished and done like Harry Potter or something

FiM will come to an end eventually but the fandom will continue and I can imagine this site will as well. Most likely scenario it’ll just start seeing the rise of gen5 stories but gen4 stories won’t stop anytime soon. This site will likely add gen4 and gen5 tags to differentiate between the two. That, or the site might be split into two versions, one for gen4 the other gen5. We’ll just have to see.

I uhh... I,... I don't know. The will most likely do a reboot. But the models and characters they have now might change. I honestly don't want that as I like the ones we have now. Fluttershy the adorable animal veterinarian. Rainbow Dash the brash Rainbow Racer. Rarity the small town fashionista. Pinkie Pie the Sparatic and Random party pony. Applejack the hardworking Farm Pony. Twilight the book smart princess. The have their faults and they help each other with those faults when they start to show through. Their a family no matter what.

I would hold off on the doom and gloom until after season 8 has finished airing.
That being said, the show will end, my estimates it that it will be a 10 season show, not including the EQG spin-off, with two to three official movies to the series proper.
Only time will confirm.
That all being said, it is doubtful this site will be going anywhere, and it will embrace the next generation of MLP.
